Guys...I don't wish to belittle anybody, but thinking logically, I would assume that this boy has a disease or ailment (excess of fluid or something like that) that is causing his stomach to be distended, and that the cameraman and the surrounding crowd think he looks funny.
We all know it's not real, I was just playing around with the title...have some imagination, lol!!! XD
If it was real, believe me, this would be on the news EVERYWHERE!!! XD
