Kai untangled the grocery bags containing the abundance of meat; he dropped the bag of chains by the freezer chest and pushed them out of the way with his boot. Methodically and quickly, Kai unloaded the selection of different meats into the freezer chest, organizing them in such a way that seemed rather... OCD like.
Kai shrugged and looked at his handiwork before turning to face Tobias; he was trying so hard to ignore the other's scent that was so strong in the house, but it was impossible... Kai sighed and ran a hand through his short hair "So uh... I'll just... be outside... If you need anything." Kai took a deep breath, which was an absolute mistake, and then quickly darted out of the house.
Kai paced the front of the cabin, clenching and unclenching his fists - it was impossible to get that scent out of his nose, brain, system... There was just something about Tobias that made him want to change his entire 'life career' as a 'sex entrepreneur' and it was making his head dizzy with thoughts, emotions, so many things he had never felt before. Tobias kept his distance as Kai unloaded the meat, crossing his arms and looking away. He sighed, looking at the bag of chains, nodding to Kai's words. "Alright..." he muttered, watching him dart out. He took a slow breath, allowing himself to indulge in the alpha's scent, closing his eyes and shuddering.
He went to the bag of chains, picking it up and taking it to a back room. He checked each one, and the locks, picking one and pulling it free. The room was bare, aside from a concrete slab for the floor and boarded up windows. In the middle of the floor was a thick rebar loop. Tobias locked one end of the chain to it, then locked the other to a thick metal-reinforced leather collar.
Going to the freezer, he loaded half of the meat into a large metal dish...setting it beside the collar. Now, all he had to do is wait, sitting in the living room. As the night wore on, his scent changed, deepening and becoming very musky. His alpha side grew stronger as he went fully into heat. He squirmed on the couch, trying g to ignore the growing ache between his legs.

Kai stayed outside the entire day, alternatively going between sitting on Tobias' stoop or walking the perimeter of the cabin. As the hours rolled by slowly, Kai couldn't help but notice that Tobias' scent continued growing stronger. It was so alluring and intoxicating, many times he just wanted to go into that house and beg Tobias to... to do what? Have sex with him? Well, yeah... but, he wanted more than just sex with Tobias, it seemed... he did not want to just shove himself in - quite literally - and be a burden on the man.

He wanted to go in, and try to help Tobias through it - he knew he could... But how would Tobias feel, if he found out that Kai couldn't shift and... While he could mate properly... he had no idea what exactly would happen if they did happen to do it, and things that even Kai wasn't ready for - like kids or pups - he didn't know what they would be.
Kai debated and debated... The scent growing stronger, he whined loudly and repeatedly; almost wolf-like in nature, but if Tobias glanced out any one of the few windows on the cabin, he wouldn't see anything but Kai standing there - just a man, no wolves or other creatures that could smell Tobias' scent from miles away.

Tobias was losing his resolve, squirming and eventually pacing the living room. He kept his arms crossed, resisting the urge to touch himself, even when his need was so obvious to anyone who looked.

Something just wasn't right - He entered the house cautiously though, not wanting to alarm Tobias had he been injured "Tobias... I'm coming in!" Kai called out, wanting to give the man fair warning.
The scent of Tobias was still everywhere, but like a steam of good cooking, Kai followed the trail that was the strongest and came upon a door he hadn't seen before - it was opened, just barely, and Kai could see the large wolf inside. "Crap..." Kai fought with himself on what to do - If he stepped foot in the room, what would happen? Would Tobias try and attack him?
Kai didn't know... He just... He had to do something. He kicked the door open wider with the top of his boot and... the scent was goddamn overwhelming, nearly knocking Kai back on his ass. The inner wolf in him was now screaming, begging to finally, finally be released from his cage after twenty-seven years of laying dormant and practically dead inside of him.
It was like a trigger clicking over, and with a ravenous and earth-shattering howl ripped from Kai's throat, a huge grey wolf stood in the place where Kai once stood - the clothes he had been wearing were torn to shreds like pieces of paper. Kai huffed loudly as he entered the room - no longer afraid of what may happen if he got near Tobias' own wolf self.

Kai frowned and sighed. Thinking he had done something terribly wrong... perhaps even he had - He should have stayed outside like he promised he would. Kai stood up on all fours, slightly wobbly himself, and whimpered before walking out of the concrete room. He tried to pull the door shut behind him and went out to the hall; when he tried to shift back... nothing happened "Oh what the hell..." Kai cursed and looked around the cabin from where he stood.
Kai trudged into the living room and climbed up onto the couch, laying down heavily as he stared at the blank wall. He huffed and tried to will his body back into its normal human state, but each attempt failed and just seemed to make him more tired. He let his eyes close and he fell asleep almost as soon as they were shut.

Tobias watched Kai leave with those wide eyes, relaxing slightly when he was out of sight. He slowly stood and paced around the room. He did that for a while before he grew restless.
He pulled at the chain, growling softly. Eventually he turned himself around and pulled until the thick collar slipped over his head. He stood there for a moment before shaking himself out and leaving the room.
He walked slowly, sniffing around until he came across Kai sleeping on the couch. He sniffed at him before crawling onto the couch with him. He curled up against him, drifting to sleep in no time. At some point in the early morning, he whimpered and shifted, rolling off the couch and curling up on the floor as his body slowly reverted to its human form, leaving him naked and shivering in the cool room.

Kai's eyes popped open - and he found he was still staring at the world in black and white. He growled in frustration and searched for what had woken him.
He looked over the edge of the couch to see Tobias shivering on the floor... Sighing, he stood slowly over Tobias' body and lowered his fur covered body down on top of Tobias, he licked at the younger man's face with a large pink tongue and whimpered slightly, wanting to wake Tobias so he could possibly help him - he still had no idea how to shift back and it was making him angry.

Tobias tensed when Kai curled up against him, but the other's warmth and his soft fur was enough to make him relax again. Though, it was clear the sleeping man didn't apreciate the licking, groaning and burying his face against the wolf's chest. But when he did, he sat up and scooted his back against the couch. "Y-you....You're not supposed to be in here...." He said, shifting away. He didn't realize Kai couldn't shift back, too wrapped up in his own situation.

Kai whined miserably as he was pushed away from Tobias' body - he had finally been comfortable, thinking that Tobias wasn't mad at him - but... Then he was freaking out and... Christ, he really had fucked up, hadn't he?
Kai batted his paw against the hardwoods of the cabin - he tried speaking to Tobias in this form, now that maybe since Tobias was human, he would understand... But it all seemed to just come out as a series of barks. He was stuck in this form, he'd be a wolf for the rest of his life now - wouldn't he?
Kai whined louder, his ears turned down against the top of his head. He needed to shift back to his human form... try to first, figure out what the hell had happened last night that finally triggered his dormant wolf to rise like a Pheonix and second - figure out why the hell Tobias was freaking out the way he was.

Tobias was still freaking out while Kai tried to communicate with him, only stopping when he whined. He paused and looked up, then over at the window to see sunlight. Even when forced by the full moon, a wolf shifted back at dawn. But last night wasn't a full moon. Then it dawned on him, Kai had been forced to shift by his scent. He groaned and covered his face in shame, still not realizing Kai had never shifted before.
"Stop whining at me. I'm the one who should be upset. Stop fucking around and change back." He said, giving the grey wolf a bit of a glare. While he waited, he reached up on the couch for a blanket he had draped over the back, tugging it down and wrapping himself in it...the cabin was a bit chilly in the early morning.

Kai snorted a bit and whimpered, lowering himself to the ground, his ears still turned back. Apparently communication was very lacking between wolf-to-wolf and wolf-to-human... He had no idea how to explain it without spelling it out, and even then he didn't think he could. He felt like a clumsy pup when he was standing on... Then it clicked.
Kai stood up slowly, his four legs all wobbling at the same time - he nearly collapsed back to his chest as they shook - He stared at Tobias, compelling the younger man to try and understand that he had no clue what was happening. He took a few steps forward toward Tobias, wobbling the entire time as he set one foot in front of the other, literally watching his paws as they moved on the hardwood floors.

Tobias paused as kai got up, watching him curiously. He'd never seen an adult wolf behave like this. For a moment he thought something was wrong with him, but then he noticed the way he was watching his own feet, like a pup learning to walk in his wolf form.
He arched a brow, looking shocked. "Have you....never shifted before?" He asked, sounding unsure of his question. Kai had to be around his age at least, so why had he never shifted?
