Adam curls up around his belly and pushes grunting and groaning as he does

"Just stay calm" saya says reassuringly. "I can see it, its already close."

"Have you ever had children Saya?" Adam asks panting

"I have not..." She says plainly.

"Then you have no idea how painful this is. Especially for a man. Having to push a human out of my anus." he says bitterly before feeling sorry. "Did you ever want kids?"

Adam thinks about her answer for a minute debating on whether he should press it or not. Saya is a beautiful woman. Sweet and kind all around. He couldn't understand how she could spend all her time here with him and not have men lined up at the door for her.

The reason for that is because Saya made little contact with anyone outside the household. "The head is getting out. Im almost ready to pull it out." She says.

"The last time you pulled it out I tore" Adam reminds her. Still thinking about Saya. Honestly he would be interested if it weren't for his little problem

After a little while, the baby safely slides out. "Thats that." Saya says. "Are you alrightt?"
