John and Dick then chant again, and this time, they add a few words, because they can see that this baby is a bit bigger than the others.

"The head is out, Henry." John announces. "And, for a change, relax, as we are going to chant again but this time in Mandarin, and it will bring you baby forth without you needing to push."

John and Dick then chant in Mandarin.

"Another boy." John puts the newborn on Henry's chest.

"They will all be absolute best friends in the years to come." John smiles.
