As much as i really hope that he is actually pregnant, i doubt he is :(
i personally think he probably have the rare fetus in fetu condtiton.

Guys...I don't wish to belittle anybody, but thinking logically, I would assume that this boy has a disease or ailment (excess of fluid or something like that) that is causing his stomach to be distended, and that the cameraman and the surrounding crowd think he looks funny.
