"Alright then," Jeremy sighed.

"Hey, if you don't want to, I won't make you." Trian said, putting a hand on his friend's shoulder.

"It's fine, really."

Trian shook his head. "No, it isn't. Come on, let's check some other place out."

"How about we start with a bar?"

Trian nodded. "Sure. Take your pick, buddy."

Jeremy looked at the various bars. "That one looks nice," he said pointing.

"'Lafitte-In-Exile.' Okay, sounds interesting." Trian nodded. Inside the bar was loud music, an air of vibrancy, and colorful people, though there many more men than women. "Yep, this is a gay bar."

Jeremy buried his face in his hands. "Oh my god..."

"This could be fun." Trian shrugged. "Wanna give it a try?"

Jeremy nodded. "Sure."

The two took seats at the bar. "So, what should we get?"

Jeremy looked at the menu. "I think I'll get an appletini."

"I'll try one of those." Trian said. "Hey, is that karaoke?"

"Looks like it."

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"Yes, we NEED to do that." Trian said, pumping his fist. "First thing, finish our drinks, then, karaoke. I'm gonna take a piss first, though. Be right back." Trian got up from the bar and went to look for the bathroom.

"Ok," Jeremy said. "I'll order our drinks."

A man came up to the bar and sat next to Jeremy. "Hey, mind keeping me company for a little while?" He had a strong chin, defined cheekbones, golden, silky hair, and bright blue eyes.

"I...I'm already here with someone," Jeremy said.
