He goes into the tub and kneels away from Sam so he can keep checking progress. He pants a few moments and then pushes as hard as he can again but he's getting tired so he stops pushing. "Baby... It really hurts. I'm so tired. I can't do this..." He cries from absolute exhaustion. He rests his head down for a bit and keeps his hips spread wide. On the contraction, he pushes hard again, grunting through the pain. "GET IT OUT!" He screams from annoyance and pain.
