"Master?" Drakar asked softly and knocked on the door as he entered the kings chambers "Master you asked for me to meet you here? Is everything ok?" He looked to his king as he walked in, closing the door softly with his tail once he entered. He walked over and laid his head on the kings lap, looking up at him like a puppy would who was seeking attention. It was an action that, in the past under his fathers rule, would have sanctioned harsh punishments upon him, the last time havung been while he was heavily pregnant and nearly resulted in the loss of one or more of his eggs.

While in his heart he knew his long time friend and owner would never do such a thing, his mind started screaming at him about how stupid he was being and when the king reached to lay a hand upon his head he nearly screamed out in fear and backed away sharply, nearly colliding with the wall. He quickly curled up and tried to shield himself instinctively with his wings, which would never work due to their loss of membranes.

"I...im s...sorry i...i didnt mean to... to break r...rule five 'd...dont look weak'! P...please no punishment master!" He said eyes wide and fearful but unfocused like he wasnt seeing the king or the room he was in, rather the images in his head.
