Sirius gripped Silas's hand and bent forward, bearing down as hard as he could. The same burning pain and pressure was back and he took a deep gulp of air before pushing again, feeling lightheaded as he kept going until he felt the baby slide out. He collapsed back on the bed, gasping for air and staring up at the ceiling in surprise at how quickly the actual births had gone.
"Okay," Marc said, putting a second crying baby on Sirius's chest. "Wow. Good job. That last push got baby and placenta. For the love of god, Silas, do not look at the bottom of the bed. Sit down actually. You can put Sirius's leg down."
