David was confused at what was going on. He felt the doctor checking his anus all David could think was he needed to wake up from this nightmare. All the while he felt his belly slowly swelling. As he looked down in between the pain from the doctors fingers and his urge to vomit again He saw his once flat stomach slowly push out rounding out towards his midsection.
