I cross-dress but only pregnancy with female clothing and a stuffed bra and silicone belly. I do it as part of my birth roleplays but never any other time. I have occasionally fantasized about going out to a LBTQ disco or something while fully pregged up as I like the idea of dancing in my little black dress and knee highs at a disco while ready to drop lol!! It would be funny to see people's reaction I think and fun to interact a bit with people.
