Stephan stopped dead when he heard the groan, he then helped Talon sway his hip a bit to reduce the pressure, enduring through the cpntraction. He glanced at his watch, once again timing the frequency and length of each contraction. He parted his legs a bit more to allow for space for the baby to descend.

His groaning grew louder as the contraction hit a peak he gasped as his water broke, the pain let up a few moments latter and thankfully so did some of the pressure. Still, he hadn't quite expected it yet and found himself blushing slightly.

"Oh wow." Stephan couldnt quite suppress the surprised comment. The water breaking hadnt been like a dramatic splash but there was a trickle going down, a bit like peeing from behind. He stuttered a bit and said "er... I er... I will get the towel?" As if hynotised he struck out a finger and scooped the clear liquid a bit, the flow going down his quivering thigh, almost unable to remove his eyes.

Talon nodded a bit glad for the first time the room was so dark otherwise Stephan would have seen he was embraced, it was normal he really shouldn't have been. He tried to relax but now that his water had broken he knew things would likely pick up a bit.

"Talon, your ears are all red." As if to tease his husband Stephan said out loud. He stood up to get thr towel, returning to his husband very quickly as Talon buried his head into the matteess, this time not from pain but from embarrassment. "Talon you are so lovely." Stephan smiled as he wiped gently on the thighs, being extra gentle when he dipped dry the opening that was slightly swollen from the increased blood flow.

Talon rolled his eyes, he knew Stephan was just joking and in all honesty it actually helped lighten the mood a bit he relaxed a bit more once he was dry laying his head against the bed and closing his eyes and resting for a moment until he was gripped by anther contraction. His body tensed, this was the strongest one he had dealt with yet.

Stephan saw how Talon got all tensed up. From how hard he was gripping the sheets he knew this was a big one. He got close to his husband and reminded him to breath, rubbing on his back and belly trying to sooth him a bit though he knew it would have limited effect. He ruffled his hair and kissed him, wanting to distract Talon abit from th3 contravtion. It was close together, he realised whne he glancrd at his wristwatch, and found it to be just 20 minute apart from the last one.

Talon's groaning grew louder as the contraction continued he clutched the sheets tightly struggling to pull air in to his lungs. The pain was intense he felt like he might split in half. The contraction finally let up after a bit and he was able to catch his breath and breath properly again.

Stephan got his hands on the softened underbelly ans rubbed it. With the baby pressing so low Talon must be having immemse pressure therre. "You want to stay in this spot or move around? Do you want hot patches?" He asked, drawing circles on his belly ans watching him pant. They had been using hot patches to relieve some of the muscleache for the past month, especially durimg thr last week. The relief was usually shortlived but it was better than nothing.

"Move around." He knew it would be hard with the baby so low but after catching his breath he managed to get to his feet with the help of Stephan, he leaned on him quite a bit but despite the increased pressure it took the stress off of his hips for a moment. "I think the hot patch would be a good idea." He knew the relief didn't last for to long but it did help some.

"Let's walk to tbe bathroom for it, then return here." Stephan held on strong on Talon and began waddling. He put his hands beside Talon's hip and propel him with synchronized steps to move forward. He lightly touched on the belly to feel it, ready to pause anytime when another started building.

They had just gotten into the bathroom when Talon paused leaning on the sink as Stephan had let go of him for a moment to grab the patches. He groaned gritting his teeth feeling the baby slowly moving down.

Stephan turned to look back at Talon and knew he was enduring another xontraction with how his teeth gritted together. He sped up in getting the patch warm. Glancing at the watch he saw it's barely 10 minutes from th4 last one. However, consideringthat Talon's water had broken, Talon had to progress fast, maybe even faster than now, to avoid infection. He finally got the patch ready and slap it on his lower back. "Is this the area you want?"

Talon nodded letting out a sigh as the patch was placed on, it helped quite a bit even if it wasn't going to last vary long. "Lets head back." He was starting to get tired of standing already. Half way back he stopped leaning on Stephan this one had clearly caught him off guard and he let out a cry of pain that quickly turned to fast breaths and groaning. The time between them were getting shorter quickly.

Stephan grabbed on tight, holding Talon's belly and waist as he tensed, screwing his brows together with Talon's yelp. The contractions were strong. He whispered nonsense into Talon, mainly asking him to breath, which he knew Talon was trying his best to do already. He rubbed on his arms, desperate to do somethinf that would help his huaband. When the contravtion finally let go, he quietly said "i think magbe it's time to check you again."

Talon nodded in agreement, "Room first." He muttered wanting to get back into his kneeling position. He moved slowly but they managed to make it back to the room before the next contraction and he got back onto his original position allowing Stephan to check him.

Stephan got Talon down to kneeling befote remembrring th3 birth ball that was left downstairs. "Talon i will go grab the birthing ball real quick. It should help with dilation. I will return and check on you ok?" He wanted Talon to have that available, and now seemed to be the best timing. Contractions would only come closer together as labor progeessed.

He nodded and by the time Stephan returned Talon was leaning foreword his head pressed against the mattress anther contraction gripping him. He arched his back in an attempt to ease some of the pressure. It did little to help, he hadn't even realized Stephan had returned until the pain let up again.

Stephan put down the ball and quietly got down besidr Talon, waiting patiently for the contraction to pass. Talon was very concentratwd on combating the pain Stephan didnt want to break it. He dapped Talon's fave with a cold towel when it past and let him have a moment to catch his breath first. "Another one. They are really closing in. I will check you now."

"O-okay" He mumbled no longer caring about embarrassment or anything of the sort, he just wanted this over, he wanted the baby out already. He made himself relax as Talon checked him closing his eyes.
