"Are either of you boys interested in joining us?" Kalla asked. Delas shook his head.

"Not at the moment," Cormac said.

"Very well then. Let us know if there is something you need."

Delas was awestruck by the majesty of the main hall. "So, should we look around here, or get going?"

"You can look around if you want," Cormac said.

"Well, what do you wanna do?"

"How about we go get something to eat?"

"Sure. I'm feeling like some impian food, I dunno about you."

"Sounds good to me." He said.

After a bit of searching, the two managed to did a place that served impian food. As one might expect, it was staffed by imps. Oddly enough, they didnt seem to are about Delas' raceless status. After being shown to their seats, their waiter came to take their orders. He was a young man, and very obviously pregnant. "Hi, welcome to Midnight Eyes, what can I get for you?"

"What do you recommend?" Cormac asked.

"A lot o out customers like the flouret tail stew, but I personally like the mermaid's gumbo."

"Oooh, I'll have the gumbo!" Delas said eagerly.

"I'll have the stew."

The waiter took their menus and walked off. "The gumbo sounds really great. Did you read the description on the menu?"

"Not really," Cormac said.

Delas shrugged and decided to change the subject. "What do you think it'd be like, living to a thousand? Imps are lucky like that, but also kinda not, I guess."

"I've never really thought of it. How long to drakes live?"

"How should I know? Astien might know, he's smart."

"I guess I'll ask him when we get back." Cormac sipped his water and looked around the restaurant.
