Aaron finished feeding her a few minutes later and managed to find cloth to wrap the baby in as substitute for a diaper. He wrapped her in the blanket again and softly sang to her until she fell asleep.

He found himself dozing off slightly when the paramedics arrived. They checked over him and the baby briefly. They placed him on a gurney to be able to carry him to the ambulance. He looked over at Daniel, "you can come along if you want."

Aaron nodded, "okay, I'll see you soon."

The paramedics took him out of the house and into the ambulance. He saw the outside world and the destruction on the houses. His houses were like the others: still standing but in terrible damage. He looked at his daughter and saw she was still asleep. At least her first sight of the world didn't have to be that.

Aaron and Enoka were immediately checked once they reached the hospital. He passed by some victims of the tornado being treated. He was treated for a slight fever he didn't even know he had while Enoka was checked over by the doctors thoroughly. They placed her in an incubator to protect her since she was still not strong enough yet. Aaron ended up falling asleep due to the effects of the medication while waiting for Daniel.

In a few minutes, Aaron blinked his eyes slowly as he felt Daniel rubbing his hand. He looked over at Daniel and gave a soft smile, "hey." His eyes wandered over to the gift by the nightstand, "what's that?"

"Oh no it's fine." Aaron replied. He chuckled softly as he grabbed the gift, "what is it?"

[Nameless]

Aaron smiled, "thank you. She really needs that."

[Nameless]

(I want to test out a female OC. She's cousins with Aaron. Mind if I just include her for a few lines or so?)

Aaron smiled as he reached over and hugged him, "thank you for everything...the hospital's going to keep her in for a week to see if she'll be fine. I'll be able to leave in a couple days."

It was a week where he wouldn't be allowed to hold her but knew that she'll be fine soon, "hmm? What is it?"

Aaron sighed as he leaned against him. He expected as much for that to happen, "at least I locked the valuables in the cellar..." He owned a company so not like he was out of money, "I'm probably gonna have to rebuy stuff now...especially for Enoka when she gets out..."

"I don't know I really don't want to bother you...I'll help pay for repairs. Money's not really a problem for me." He replied.

Aaron smiled as he kissed him again, "Okay...but don't bother me if you need any money."

"Aaron!" A young woman's voice was heard through the door and the running of footsteps across the marble floor. She opened his room immediately. She stood on the doorway panting alittle. She had long black hair that included bangs that covered her right eye and red eyes that seemed redder than usual. She saw him immediately and her eyes revealed a faded color with a look of relief but turned back in alarm, "Aaron...You didn't call...the baby..." She looked over at Daniel, "Who...who are you?"

She looked at him, "boyfriend?" Her eyes lit up in surprise, "Wow...6 months and you found yourself a boyfriend already, Aaron...well, I'm Aura. His cousin." She looked at Aaron again with a slight glare.

"I would've called but I completely forgot and the phone lines were down. Plus Enoka was a week early. But don't worry she's alright. Don't you have college?

She walked up to him and hugged him tightly, "fuck that. I had to take the first flight here. Just glad you and her are fine at least." She looked over at Daniel, "Did you help him?"

Aaron accepted her hug, "he helped me through the birth."

Aura let get of him after a few moments. She walked up to Daniel and hugged him as well, being a huge hugger, "thank you so much for helping him. He's so fragile during these type of events and I'm so glad you took care of him."

[Nameless]

"I know you must have...I can tell you can." She let get of Daniel after a few moments, "why didn't he tell me about you two dating though? He talks to me about everything."

[Nameless]

"We began dating yesterday." Aaron replied after he accepted Daniel's kiss.

Aura looked at them kissing and smiled, "well I'm really happy for you two." She looked over at them both, "Aaron, all the baby stuff was destroyed wasn't it?"

"Yeah, should be."

"when you get out of the hospital we should all go shopping together!" She said cheerfully, "I'd really like to get to know you better Daniel. Since your dating my little cousin after all."

"Very little." He replied, "the furniture for Enoka is probably way too dirty or broken to be able to use. Even if we were to wash it, I'm not comfortable keeping it. It's probably best to be on the safe side and just repurchase the stuff. I know the insurance money will cover it."

[Nameless]

Aaron shook his head, "really, it's alright. Don't bother. Not like I had anything important there anyway. Whatever important things I have are in the cellar. I'll check it out when I get out."

[Nameless]

He knew Daniel was set on restoring whatever survived, "alright. If you really want to." He reached over by the nightstand where his watch was. He took off the back of the working watch and took out a small key. He handed it to Daniel, "that's the key to the cellar." He reattached the back of the watch and placed it by the nightstand.

"Nice to see you still keep a key there. I'm not gonna be leaving for a few days. I could help around until then." Aura chimed in.

He smiled softly, "Alright. The volunteers are probably going through my wreckage already. Just save the clothes at the most. All they really need is to be washed and they'll be alright to wear. I'll rebuy the baby furniture." He looked over at his cousin, "just try to make a list of what I should buy."

She nodded, "sure."
