Ewen stared at the usg printout in silence. He touched the photo with his finger, already feeling a strong attachment to his twins. Frederick had given him the twins. That's why the symptoms were so strong. Ewen had two puppies in his belly.

Frederick kept his eyes on the road, but he could see what his omega was doing and he smiled at Ewen happily, “They both look beautiful in the printout, don’t you think love?”

Ewen looked at Frederick and blushed slightly. He nodded.
"I'll try to be the best.... I'll carry our puppies," he promised him with broken eyes "I promise."

Frederick smiled at Ewen happily, he looked at Ewen for a moment and he said back to him in a soft tone of voice, “Thank you, my love. I don’t expect perfection at all. Just look after yourself and I’ll take care of you and our pups to the best that I know how. I love you so much, Ewen.”

Ewen looked at him very disheveled. He nodded and caught Alfa's hand lightly as he started the car slowly. Sam leaned back in his seat and placed his hand on his slightly bloated tummy.

Frederick smiled at Ewen passionately, he felt his hand get caught and he left his large hand on Ewen’s stomach as he drove into the driveway of their home.

Ewen hugged Frederick as they got out of the car. He felt the need to do so. The man was kind and caring to him. He felt really safe.
"I'm really pleased... Thank you for being so patient with me."

Frederick hugged Ewen back tightly, he got out of the car in sync with the omega and he locked his car once they both were out. He walked with Ewen to the front door of their home, he looked down at Ewen happily and he responded back to him softly, "I am glad to hear that, my love. It is my pleasure to be patient with you and I always want you to be comfortable with me here. Patience is the perfect key as they say."

Ewen squeezed his hand lightly. With a smile he entered the house, and it was more like Frederick's house, but he knew Alpha already wanted to call it their nest.
"I need to move my things..." he replied, taking his jacket off his shoulders "Can you help me?"

Frederick entered the front hallway of their home, he lets go of Ewen’s hand and he closed the front door behind him. He looked over at the omega as he spoke and he immediately responded back to Ewen with a smile on his face, “Most definitely, love. I wasn’t going to let you carry boxes.”

Ewen blushed slightly, then grabbed a glass standing on the counter.
"I'll clean it up a bit.... I somehow have more energy," he said with a small smile, "What would you like for dinner?"

"No rush on that, darling. I am more than happy to cook us a delicious meal, anything you want or I can go and pick out your favourite take-out for dinner." Frederick said back to Ewen happily, he sat at the counter and he looked at his omega passionately.

"Really? It won't be a problem?" he asked surprised. His ex-husband required him to run the house properly. "Thank you..." he said sincerely and carried the dishes to the sink

“Not at all, love. You don’t have to do any chores that you don’t want to. Relax and rest your face if you’d like.” Frederick said back to the omega happily, he smiled at Ewen affectionately and he watched him carry the dishes to the sink.

Ewen just washed the dishes and then wiped his hands with a washcloth.
"I feel like taking a nap.... Won't it bother you?" he asked him for reassurance, placing his hands lightly on his shoulders

Frederick smiled as he continued to watch Ewen, he looked up into his eyes as he asked his question about taking a nap and he responded back to Ewen softly, "Of course you can take a nap. It doesn't bother me at all, love. I will get you a pillow and a nice blanket." He got up, walking to the cupboard in the short hallway where the bedrooms and bathroom are. He opened the cupboard doors, taking out a nice pillow with a flowery pillowcase and a soft fleece blanket for Ewen returning to the kitchen with them saying again, "Here you are, love. One pillow and blanket for you."

Ewen thanked him quietly and put his things on the couch.
"Frederick? Uhm... I wonder if your family shouldn't know about us..." he said shyly

Frederick looked over at Ewen, he smiled slightly and he rubbed the back of his neck nervously responding, "Yeah, they don't know about us. I didn't want to tell them yet before I spoke to you about it. I thought it would be too fast to introduce you to my family unless you want me to tell my folks about you, love. I just want you to be comfortable with everything that's all..."

Ewen gently sat down on the edge of the couch and rubbed his thighs.
"You know... I... We've been speeding things up anyway since I'm pregnant with your puppies" he said softly "And you're obligated so I guess before I grow a belly it would be appropriate to inform your family.... My family... They have disowned me, so forgive me, but you won't know anyone."

"Oh I am so sorry, honey. You can become one of my family and they will accept you with opening arms. You will be absolutely loved, especially my mother." Frederick said back to Ewen softly, he came over to the couch and he gently sat on the other couch across from Ewen happily, "Would you like a hug, darling?"
