The subject of artificial wombs has recently cropped up again:

No mention of possible male pregnancy e.t.c, but it's interesting to see this sort of technology being taken seriously. The 'wearable wombs' section is a particularly interesting. Sadly it's followed on by what's likely to be tight regulation and again, states this technology is still some way away, sadly.
