The doctor nodded. "Beautiful job, Eric. One more and then we make a pause", he said, knowing that the contraction would be over then.

He nods, baring down. "Hhhnnnnaaagggghhh!" He cries, the tip of the egg showing. He sounded utterly pitiful.

Dr. Sommer nodded and tried to encourage him. "Beautiful, one, two, three, four, five, the tip of the first egg is coming, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe, Eric", he said, seeing the tip now a bit closer to his patient's entrance, but anyway far away from crowning.

He pants heavily, his head resting on the back resf. "Oh god I didn't think it would hurt this much..."

Dr. Sommer smiled and gently stroke his back, trying to massage it a bit. "You are doing great, Eric.........I know, it hurts, but you are doing great, really. You are a very brave young man", he said an smiled.
"Do you need anything ??", he then asked him.

"Some one to murder perhaps." He chuckles weakly. "But really some water would be nice."

The doctor started to laugh and nodded. "Alright, I can get the second thing for you", he said, went to the sink and took a glass to fill it with water.
"And.........and if you want, you can murder me, but I suggest that you wait until after the birth", he said and smiled, coming back and handing him the glass of water.

"Nah. You're too nice." He says shakily taking the glass and drinking all of it.

After Eric had given back the glass to Dr. Sommer, he went to the sink and refilled it, before placing it on the cupboard next to the delivery bed.
"How are doing, Eric ??", he asked him with a gentle smile.

"In pain." He says his body going rigid. "Ugggggg... Gotta push." He grunts starting to push as he gets his worse contraction yet.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Do, what your body tells you.........one, two, three, four, five, six, great, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe, Eric", he said, gently stroking the young father's back.

He gasps for air, the tip of the egg just barely out of him.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Very well done", he said, seeing the tip of the egg about to crown, but always slipping back in. Well, it was as big as an American Football, so it took it's time.
"Come on, Eric. One more. A bit harder, come on, push", said Dr. Sommer energetically.

He bares down as hard as he can. "Hnnggghhhh... AAGGGHHHH!" He screams out as it starts to stretch him painfully wide but it was just barely crowning maybe 5 inches thick at the moment.

"Great job, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten and breathe, Eric", the doctor said, seeing the egg slip back in again, but less than before.

He pants, sweat was dripping off of his body. "Fucking hell this is Hell!"

The doctor kept stroking Eric's back. "It's okay, Eric. Everything is going to be okay........Do you want me to call your boyfriend or anybody else, to come and be with you. Or do you want me to videotape the birth ??", the doctor asked him, trying to detract him from his pain.

He shakes his head. "N-no its fine." He pants. "And I guess id like the video maybe."

The doctor smiled and nodded and stood up. He went to one wall of the room and opened a cupboard there. Inside this cupboard was a keyboard. He pressed a button and then came back to the bed. "Alright, look up a bit, Eric. There, on the ceiling we got a little camera, which is focused on the bed......by videotaping it like that, you won't be disturbed and you will be able to concentrate on your birth", he said and smiled, while sitting down on his chair at the end of the bed again.

"Ready for a last one to use this contraction to it's fullest ??", he asked his patient and smiled.
