"I love you too Anna." Kodai laid down beside his beloved Anna, holding her close to him with a smile as they both kissed one another.

Anna quickly falls asleep in his warm embrace.

Kodai smiles for a while as he held Anna in his arms, watching over her for a few hours ever so protectively until he eventually fell asleep.

A few days later after hearing about the monster that terrorized their son Demetri and was successfully captured Kodai was walking with Demetri through a forest without worry. They were in search of a pond to fish in and it was the first step Kodai was doing to get his son to grow into a resourceful young man.

Anna stayed at the castle, tending to chores.

When Kodai and Demetri both found the exact pond that they were searching an hour for they began to cast the bait of their fishing lines out into the water, hoping for a large enough catch so that they could have a meal for that evening.

Anna cleans the kitchen, hoping they will bring home dinner.

As time passed by both father and son talk about various topics to pass the boredom of time, staying nearby the pond on the lush green grass while keeping a strong hold on the handles of their fishing lines. Within a few hours there were strong pulls on their lines and with the right assistance from his father they were both able to catch a few medium sized fish.

When both Demetri and Kodai both returned from their father son bonding time they were both smiling. Demetri held one of the fish while Kodai held the many others that they captured.

Anna meets them at the door. "Great job," she smiles, checking out their catch.

Both Kodai and Demetri were proud of what they caught and smiled when they saw Anna at the door. "Look at what we caught mommy!" Demetri smiled, holding up the fish that was in his tiny hands. Both the son and father walked to the kitchen, beginning to prepare the meal that they would eventually eat.

"Great job baby!" Anna smiles, ruffling his hair. "Did you have fun?"

"Yes mommy." Demetri smiled up at Anna, finding his joy growing as he felt her ruffling his short pitch black hair.

"Work up an appetite?" she asks over her shoulder as she joins Kodai on the kitchen.

Kodai smiled and nodded, fixing the fish and removing the bones so that it could be cooked. He gazed into Anna's eyes for a moment, finding himself at ease by them and also by their son's presence nearby.
