While Eri Sakai was announcing that He's Expecting will air on TV in Japan, she mentioned that she is writing a new work. She did not specify if it was Kentaro related, but she also said it will be a one-shot.

With the world building for the manga, I hope there is an anime in the works! I need more world building for the series! The live-action series world built a lot, but I don’t know how much of that also applies to the manga.

Also, publishing company Kodansha, the group that owns Kentaro Hiyama, signed an extended deal with Disney to release some of their anime exclusively on Disney+ (Hulu for Americans). If an anime adaptation gets made, that’s probably where it will go.

It's called ヒヤマケンタロウの妊娠 分冊版 (Kentaro Hiyama's Pregnancy: Separate Volume)

The first chapter is about a politician that becomes pregnant. This was something Eri Sakai tried to incorporate in the last one, but couldn't.

Eri Sakai revealed that this one will be shorter than the last two and that this might also be the last time she writes anything Kentaro Hiyama related. However, based on her comments, she seemed to think that Childcare Edition would've been the last one, so who knows?

I wouldn't be so sure. The current trend is that manga series aimed at a female demographic get adapted into live action dramas instead of animation. I assume it's because these series tend to be more "realistic", and thus cheaper to film with live actors.
