Nathan hugged Sean a little tighter. He rode another contraction out. When it was over her continued to rub his back and kissed him just under his ear.

A nurse came up to the couple. "We're ready for you Nathan."

"Okay." Nathan went with the nurse. She took him to a bed with stirrups. She gave him a hospital gown. She helped him put it on and to get into the bed. In that time he felt three more contractions.

While Sean was waiting, he rubbed his belly.
