He yelps and starts pushing again, releasing Tiff's hand so she could catch the baby more easily. The hedgehog cries out through clenched teeth as his chest heaves with each shaky breath he took "I-It's burning...!"

"Good job, darling. I know, Sonic. It isn't painfree unfortunately." Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog, she sets the towel down in between his legs and she continued to hold his hand with her prosthetic hand tightly. "Keep pushing, Sonic! The baby is almost out!" She said back to him happily.

Sonic nods and whimpers softly, the sound quickly raising into a shrill scream as he pushes as hard as he can.

Tiff gasped softly, she grabbed the pup within the towel and the area was loud due to the pup crying out, "Sonic, look!"

Sonic groans and slowly opens his eyes, exhaustion and dizziness still clouding his vision "Is...is that...m-my baby?"

“Look at this little pup. He looks like you, Sonic!” Tiff wrapped the first born pup and gave him to Sonic.
The first born pup was a dark blue color with similar markings like Shadow’s but in black, also born with Sonic’s quills and Shadow’s chest fur. The baby boy opened his eyes looking up at his papa and had red eyes like Shadow.

"Heh...hi baby boy" Sonic cuddles the newborn close, gently stroking his soft cheek with a finger.

The baby boy cooed up at his papa quietly, he grabbed his finger gently and yawned softly.
“Did you have a name for this little one, Sonic darling?” Tiff asked the blue hedgehog with a smile.

"Not yet, I want to make that decision with Shadow. We've been thinking of a few different names but I don't want to decide without him" Sonic replies, his voice soft and scratchy.

“Beautiful, Sonic. For now, we will call him Baby Blue.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily and she smiled at him happily.

"Are you feeling any better, Sonic?" She asked back to the blue hedgehog and offered him a drink of water from her water bottle.

"I am for now, this little guy still has two siblings that we haven't met yet" Sonic replies before taking a drink from the offered water bottle.

“Well the babies look like they’re going to stay in there for a while since you’re not in pain. So enjoy the little one until that happens.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog happily and Baby Blue yawned softly in his sleep.

Sonic yawns as well as he smiles down at his baby, the reality that he was a parent now finally sinking in for him "I'm going to try and get a nap in while I still can so I'm not too worn out later"

Tiff nodded at him happily, she laid down beside him and she said back to him, “Yeah I’m going to do the same.” She turned onto her side and she instantly fell asleep beside the blue hedgehog.

Tiff continued to sleep on her side and she snored quietly in her sleep.

(Before I forget to mention it, starting tomorrow I'm going on vacation for about a week so I won't be able to reply here until I get home, I just wanted to let ya know so I don't leave you hanging without knowing why I'm not replying)
Sonic manages to sleep until the early hours of the next morning, only to be harshly jolted awake by a sudden intense pain.

Tiff woke up from the blue hedgehog’s shout of pain and she stumbled onto her feet holding a small knife in her hand, “Oh… there’s no intruder. The second baby is coming!” She immediately got in position to deliver Sonic’s second pup.
