Ryne moaned at the hand job. He thanked god that pregnancy increased sexual needs. He cummed after a few minutes and as he did he felt the next child descend down his birth canal.

Ryne smiled. "Right back at you. You've been supportive of the whole thing since I told you. I'm so happy that we could have our own family." He said as he was pushing. The baby's head began to crown.

Ryne smiled as he pushed harder. The baby's head finally emerged. Ryne gave a few more big pushes and the last baby was freed. Ryne breathed heavily, happy that it was over and happy that he had a family with Kayla.

Ryne smiled as he rested. Years later, Ryne and Kayla were living with their new and extended family. After the Ryne gave birth revealed that he got pregnant and delivered without problems, the artificial womb began selling like crazy. Ryne and Kayla enjoyed their new source of income, one way of using it was replacing Kayla's womb with an artificial one and getting her pregnant. Ryne was happy to see his wife happy with her pregnancy.
