"We can do that," she explains. "Also, we will use less embryos, knowing you take them well. Usually we implant three, and usually only one takes. In you, all three attached and one became twins. We know more about your body now, we can control thing better." Amanda listens to the baby's lungs again.

"Yes," she says, placing the stethoscope back around her neck. "Ready to feed your girls?"

Amanda carefully picked up the boy, and returned him to the small, hospital-style cradle in the corner. She picks up one of the girls, placing her in his arms. "How are you going to tell these three apart?" she asks smiling, and hands him a bottle.

Ryne thought for a moment. "Perhaps a coloured bracelet for each of them. Green for Jade. Red for Ruby. And yellow for Katrina." He explained.

"That sounds wonderful," she smiles at him. "May I feed one of them?" she asks shyly.

Lydia carefully picks up one of the newborn girls. "Hi," she whispers, reaching for a bottle. She begins to feed her, humming softly.

"You think?" she smiles up at him. She always imagined what it would feel like to have a child; but nothing ever cam close to the joy she felt now.

"Oh Ryne, I would love to!" She leans over and kisses him on the cheek. Dr. Anderson looked on happily, as he created a chart for each of the babies.

Ryne smiled. "Alright then. Can you take care of the babies? I'm tired."

"Sure. Get as much rest as you can. I know you're tired," she pats his arm. She takes the babies out into the living room. She and the other doctor watch over them. Little Adam becomes restless; she picks him up carefully and holds him close.

James nuzzled with Amanda as Ryne slept peacefully.

After James falls asleep, she lays him back in his cradle. She quietly enters the bedroom to check on Ryne.
