Eli loves being pregnant more than
Eli had known from a young age that he loved being pregnant. Every since the government program had taken over and pulled all the fertility specialists on and tested and impregnated the young guys in his high school the first time as mandatory population surrogates for families who struggled with infertility. His first pregnancy that took was at the young age of fourteen then again at fifteen and again at sixteen. He was a success of the program most of the time it was a singleton experience and the labour wasn't awful sometimes he actually quite enjoyed it too much on a senual level especially when they'd let her boyfriend Jeremy in with him. He was his more dominant but caring man in Elis life.
They of course weren't allowed by the law to have intercourse unless she was already pregnant or it was to induce her labour. This time on his seventeenth and legal birthday birthday things were different they approached him per usual telling them about the couple and the procedure right after he'd justwent though a long latge delivery. He wasn't able to be insimanated again for a few months yet to make sure his body had healed post partum but this time was different. He looked things over and the amount of embyos planned to be made and implanted didn't align with the singletons he'd carried in the past it was more for the amount of twins or more. He'd never expected that nor had he had a twin birth or multiples birth. He tend to carry large and deliver atleast eight pound babies the last was over nine.
He had no choice really but to agree or be punished with something worse he'd complied each time for the men that didn't they didn't have the time to recover or the choice of parents they were hooked up and had two babies or more a year depending on the implantation. Something new they decided they could do with a drug that speed along the process. They had that option in this contract this time which scared Eli because it mentioned he'd have multiple babies this year he didn't know if it meant one birth or multiple labour's the part he dreaded most. He loved pregnancy and to carry and birth by now but this was definitely going to be different and more difficult the next few rounds.

*Doctor/midwives/nurses
*government officials to pressure him into it (unless the doctor is the offical)
*pregnancy can be stretched out and more qnd relationships between eli and jeremy develop and things can always added to the plot.
