i have a twin bump i love but it doesnt have any weight behind it as its filled with air and cotten any ideas on how to make it feel real?

First of, i don't own a belly or anything.

My suggestion would to open up the backsite where the cotton was put in.
Get the cotton out, fill it with sterile water or maybe something else and seal it again with silicon glue!?

Just an uninformed guess.
