What're your guys' best methods for belly weight?

I use a beach ball and partially fill it with water. I wrap it in a sheet, fold it around the beach ball, then use pregnancy belly bands to hold it to my body. Haven't worn it in a couple months, though. I am trying to figure out a different way to hold it in place because the sheet causes chafing.
