Jacob blushed furiously and looked away. His fingers curled tightly into the sheets, but he wouldn't say a word. This was what his lover wanted, so the boy wasn't going to argue. Jacob could feel the small serpent wriggling in his belly, coiling and slithering closer to its father's touch. It made him bite his lip.
Quetzalcoatl looked surprised at first, not expecting Tecciztechatl to be so forward, but he took to the touch eagerly. Already his son was growing big and strong. Normally, the cycle of the sun lasted for 11 years, but Quetzalcoatl was an impatient god. His brother was lucky. A moon cycle only lasted a month. Not one to be bested in anything, the sun god took it upon himself to speed up the time it would take his child to mature. 11 years became 11 days by his simple will alone. "My son thrives in your human. That is good."
