Quetzalcoatl watched this for a while longer before he got bored of it. He wandered to the three cribs, looking down at the sleeping infants. Each had a pair of ears and a little cotton tail that twitched while the babes dreamed. Each of their faces was a mix of the human and the god, though some feature were more distinct than others. Quetzalcoatl hoped there wasn't much trace of human in his son. He wanted a spitting image of himself that he could admire and be proud of. "Will you ever take them back to the moon with you?" the wind god asked idly.
