He felt the next contraction build and pour. down he pushed he felt the child's head push against to cervix painfully he stopped momentarily to take a breath. He then squeeze his eyes shut and proceeded to push again this time the feeling of the child's head now pushed against the slit and felt like it was going to split him wide open. he pushed down on the next contraction with everything he had the child's head popping free. he had to take minute to relax and breathe at this point he was getting low on energy and they're still one child left and he hadn't even delivered second.
