Cyprus felt things move once in a squat. He pushed and ct the cikd move slowly but move for the next half hour he pushed till he fekmlt burning. "It burns so bad!" He pushed feeling the burning spread. "Haaaaaaaaagh!"

Vax tried to keep calm, but he knew that this birth was not going well. We was mentally preparing himself to cut the baby out if the Elf died during the process. Still, he tried to maintain the facade of being calm, he did not want to stress out Cyprus more than he already was.

As he held up Cyprus in a squatting position, his thoughts already focused on what he would do if the Cyprus died during the process. He naturally would want to take the baby home, but he couldn't breastfeed two children while pregnant, at least not easily. Hiring a midwife was out of the question. Contacting an elf or other human to adopt the baby also had its own difficulties.

With the next push thinbgs realy moved the burnibg became a ring of fire. As with evey push the cild crowned further. He fainly put a lot of egfort inyo the next push and the childd poped free awarding a crie pf pain from him. "Hooooooooow!" His breathing was heavy as he tryed to keep from screaming blody murder.

"PUSH! MORE PUSH! MORE PUSH!" yelled Vax. He could see that Cyprus was in a lot of pain, but he was excited that the birth process seemed to be progressing.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaa!" He pushee feeling the child turn inside him. His legs trembled threathening to colapse. He pushed placing his hands gently around the childs head. He pushed and one shoulder ramed painfuly into the side of his annus. He pushed the first shoulder slid free. "Haaaaaaaaaaaa!" On the next push the child slid free from his body and he caught the child in his amrs legs colapsing under the small elf. He pulled the child close breathing heavly.

Vax was glad that the child was born, but his attention then turned to what to do next. Cyprus wasn't in a condition to walk, and Vax didn't have camping supplies on him. Although, the goblin much preferred travelling at night: most of the intelligent races were asleep at that time, or were nearly blind in the dim light.

"Have home? Where from?" asked Vax, wanting to return the Elf to his home as quickly as possible.

"I dont have a home i never did the cabin was my prison for nearly a year." He held the child close it was a lottle girl. He wimced as he delovered his plecenta. Thr chds eyes were hazle and she had dark hair. He smiled at her. "I supose youll need a name vaxonba it is." He smiled at vax as he pronoyced her name. All the pain was worth it as she reached up and gently grasped his hair.

"Can you walk?" asked Vax. He didn't want to spend too much time here, the scent of the birthing fluids might attract wolves or panthers.

"Yes im stronger than i look." He took his dughters cord between his fingers and it cut with a small flash of blue light. He stoid holding her close and asked. "Where might we be going?"

"To my house, be safe there," said Vax, as he took Cyprus by the hand.

Cyprus followed him.

Vax led Cyprus through the woods into a swampy brushland. The ground was reasonably dry, but all the trees were short and young, and briers covered everything. Vax took him through a maze of narrow pathway, until they finally reached Vax's mud hut. It was covered with live vines, almost looked like a natural mound in the night.

"Wait, be back," said Vax, as he entered the hut. A few minutes later another male goblin existed the hut.

"Am Gark, what Elf want? Why bother goblins?" he asked. Although he seemed annoyed, his tone was somewhat friendly, as though he was afraid to antagonize Cyprus.

Cyrus collected baby girl closer to his chest protective instinct over taking him. he answered slowly and carefully insuring that he didn't want to know they're upset no disrespect the goblin. he said carefully "I was in prison for a year and a cabin I made a choice on food supply ran out to either stay and starve to death or leave and possibly find help I chose to leave and possibly find help wasn't my fault I went into labor but weren't for vax I don't think me or my daughter would be here right now." His eyes locked on the budle in his arms.

"Elf want go back to Elven lands?" asked Gark, assuming that Cyprus would want to return to his homeland.

"I would. Do you know away?" His gaze was hopeful. He had no idea that goblins knew any such information. He had hoped to return but had no idea how.

"How take back Elf? Elf lands far away," said Vax.

"Too far to walk, no have time. Send message to Elf land, and Elves come here and bring Elf back. Can Elf write?" asked Gark, hoping the Cyprus knew how to right. Both the goblins were illiterate, and the goblins had their own script, few could read normal letters, and even fewer could write.

"Yes i write." He said just as his daughter started to wail. This startled him. He looked down eyes wide and confused. He jiggles her in hopes shell stop.

The Elven infant's crying causes Vax's youngest to wake up. Vax goes over to quiet him down, while Gark talks with Cyprus. "Have family back in Elf lands? Have mate?" he asks, wondering if Cyprus has any links to his home.

"No i have only her." The childs wailing ibcreaded in volume. Cyprus was near tears her self.

Gark motioned for Cyprus to hand him the child, hoping to calm her down.
