not the safest thing I'm sure but I love tying a knot on one end of a rubber band just big enough to fit snug in my urethra & I try pushing it out wit pee / cum eventually~ ;) & I do clean it well & I dot insert it deep only a Inch or so in my manhood~ Blush

Personally an inflatable anal plug has always done the trick for me, but I feel that's quite subjective.

The trick with the inflatable plugs is to pump them up as lot and if you do that they cause involuntary pushing urges and 'surges' as your body tries to expel the huge object lodged in your rectum. I find 30-40 pumps usually does the trick!

At the moment I just use a regular buttplug however I'd love to use an inflatable one. Honestly though the top thing I'd go for is one of those anal dolls. Perfect for anal birth and actually looks like a baby if that's what your going for.

I just use small toys and stuff. Lube them up and push them up there then push them out. But I also wear the fake belly and give my self an enama so i can recreate the water breaking
