"I think so, but I'm going to need some help." Jeremy tried to smile at Amanda. It was very difficult getting him out of the car, even more to get Jeremy moving. He had to take it one step at a time. "Mom, I don't think I'm going to make it." he said taking another step.

"Ok," she pulls a beach towel out of the car, and holds it up to give him some privacy.

Jeremy turns his back from his mother and tries to pee, but nothing comes but a few drops...the baby was using his bladder as a trampoline. "Sorry I thought I really had to go." he said waddling back into the car. "Thats the third time thats happened to me today." he said frustrated.

"Ok honey, about a half hour longer to the hospital. Hang on, I know you're hurting," she says, getting back on the road.

It wasn't long after they started driving again when Jeremy was hit with something he wasn't expecting. He needed to make a stop again, but this time it wasn't to pee, it was a very intense urge to poop. He tried to hold it in as best he could. "Uh, Mom....I need to...go to the bathroom." he said.

"Ok, baby" she says pulling over again. "You're really worrying me. When did you last eat and drink?"

"I had those two ginger ales about an hour ago?" he said trying to remember. "I had a sandwich in-between classes when I was still at school." he said, wondering what Amanda was getting at. He was much more bloated and uncomfortable than earlier, and was worried he wasn't going to make it out of the car.

"Ok, it's important to know when we get to the hospital. Here," she says, handing him a bottle of water, "you may be dehydrated too." She helps him to his feet.

Jeremy had a whole new center of gravity once he got out of the car. He took a few sips of the water, but he was feeling oddly full and couldn't finish the rest of it. Jeremy then stopped in his tracks and groaned as his stomach gurgled in pain. "Mom...IT HURTS!!!"

"What can I do baby? What does the pain feel like?" she asked quickly, very worried for her son. "Do I need to call an ambulance?"

"...Like I got punched in the stomach." he continued. "like I have to poop." he said groaning and breathing heavily. "NO AMBULANCE." Jeremy said thinking that it was just a stomach flu, making an ambulance a bit over the top.

"Ok, ok," she said. "Keep trying to go," she said, rubbing his back as he squatted down.

"I'M TRYING!" he said giving a little more effort. "Can I have a little privacy here." he said getting a little stage freight with his mother behind him. He was able to push a few farts out, but nothing solid.

Amanda goes and sits in the car. She wonders if she should call a friend at the hospital, and let them know that she is on the way.

After quite some time trying, Jeremy finally felt some progress...that is until he felt a pop inside of his hole and a gush of warm clear fluid farted out him at quite an incredible rate, like a garden hose. Jeremy didn't bother looking back at what he made, assuming it would just be gross. He waddled back to the car very slowly, his pants seeming like they barely fit.

"Honey? You look pale" she looked back at him, concerned.

"I know, Mom" he said as Amanda's comment wasn't helping his situation. Even though he had released, what he thought was, a lot of diarrhea, Jeremy still felt like he had to poop. "When we get to the hospital, can you go with me to sit on the toilet. I don't think that's all of it," he said feeling very very full.

"Ok honey, about twenty more minutes," she says, merging back onto the highway.

Jeremy was now very uncomfortable being squeezed in the back of Amanda's car. Furthermore, he was feeling quite a bit of pressure in his butt. Not sure what was going on, Jeremy reached behind himself and down the back of his pants, careful not alert Amanda that anything was going on. He parted his butt cheeks and touched his hole. It was now very sore from all that had happened previously. He didn't really have the courage to go inside of himself.
