Finally found this one. It's called "Naked to the Limit, One More Time." (Season 8, Episode 12).
There's a montage towards the end of the episode, showing everything that Roger has done with the Smiths over the time he's lived with them, and there's a brief seen that shows him giving birth to a miniature version of himself. Despite that most of the clips were referencing other episodes, I think this one was made purely for the montage, and therefore only exists in this episode.
It's brief, and you're not honestly missing much, but I can't find the montage in a clip.
