Woah...! Indeed - that's an impressive fake belly. I'm actually tempted to say there's been some clever trickery there, where they've used a real one and though the wonders of visual technology, 'grafted' it onto him. The delicate detail of the navel, the texture of the skin... Whatever it is - wonderful detailed stuff.
