Nova rolled over onto his side and looked at oru eyes. He then unwound his tail and repistined so his back was to oru. His hair was a mess so he let oru do it he wasnt good at braiding. Oru smiled softly as he showed Nova around the hidden city. he had some bandages around his back to cover up the deep scratch marks he now had. he would need to somehow talk his mate out of doing that, every time he scratched him, while the seahorse Mer had scales, the Orca mer wasn't as... resilient. he had planned to go see the King, but the two of them hadn't been feeling so well in the last few days.

Oru sighed and nodded "yes your Excellency, admittedly its not just him... although how you heard is a mystery... we only just found out from the doctor" he answered as he helped nova get upright "i would humbly request my mate and i be informed of who informed you. While we cannot deny the truth, whomever informed you did so without any evidence to back their claims. Our reputation is bad enough without others trying to make it worse"
