He asks rhetorically "but please my king... dont let your guards get away with eavesdropping... i was going to tell you myself, honest, next thing you know they will be telling the whole kingdom what sounds you make in bed if you let them continue" He says before escorting nova out, heading back to see the doctor.

The doc was glad to see oru and nova back. Nova wasnt to happy though. He was ruffled by the kings kindness tiwards oru. His gaze turned to the doc with shirt brown hair blue eyes and silver fish tail. The doc looked at oru then said. "Nova youll have to eat meat seeing as orkas need meat to grow even if it isnt much youll stillnedd to eat some. Now go home and get some rest."

Oru chuckled at his mates grouchyness which only got worse whenbthe doc told him he had to eat some meat with each meal. Taking him home Oru watched the seahorse mer closely "everything ok hun?"

Nova sighed im "sorry im just not myself today." He stoped felling a sudden craving for meat wich disturbed him. "All of a sudden i want salmon." He remarked puzzled.

He nodded and headed to the kitchen "ill get that for you now... rest hun, youve had a busy day"

Nova whet over to the bed wraping his tail around the bed post. He waited and upon his arival with the food nova ate it with quite a bit of joy. After he ate he yawned. He waa tired. (Want to skip a month or so.)

Oru sighed as he once again was trying to make his mate eat meat. They had both swelled, belly wise anyway, considerably in the last few months. "Cmon hun, what will we tell the doc when we go in for our checkup? That you haven't been foplowing his orders?"

"I only want it when i crave it. I cant stand it other wise."He was being stuborn his stomache had swelled greatly he looked 6 mabey seven months. He wanted vomit when ever meat was involved. It made him more upset that his mate woyldnt just lay off with it. He hissed scales clucking a qarning that if he was pyshed futher a verbal fight would unsure.

"Hun, the doctor insisted" he said with a sigh "Just like i need to eat vegetables, especially with how quickly your developing" he says with a sigh "I already dont give you as much as the doc said i had to, please?"

"Ill vomit i dont want it! Im not eating it itll make me sick!" At this point agitation clashed with refusal to back down. He wasnt having this. He gleared at oru his tail shifting to dark greens. He was not going to be forced.

"Love listen, please" he says softly and pleadingly "Im not asking you to do this because i Want to... im doing it because i NEED to" he says"I Know you hate meat and normally you cant eat it... i even wrapped it in your favourite seaweed to cover its taste... Please... im doing this for our young... You know as well as i that not getting the nutrients needed from meat will either kill them or stunt their growth and development..." he gently held his mate to his chest and nuzzled at his hair "Please... do this for them." he requested gently laying his hand on his mates belly

Nova sighed melting into his chest his mate knew how to get his way all to well. "Fine but only a couple peices." He took a peice and nibled on it slowly trying to chew quickly in small bites after eating two his stomache rolled and he couldnt do anymire. He tryed to not throw up. He covered his mouth and closed his etes focusing on anything but the protest of his stomache. It failed and he felt the urge to vomit rise up.

"Shh, Shh, calm hun, relax" Oru said rubbing his back. he had learned quickly all the right spots to massage and rub to help calm the smaller male, like just under his own dorsal fin. Oddly it worked and helped calm his upset stomach "It'll pass, you know it will... you ate more than i expected, I'm proud of you. i wont make you eat any more today ok?"

Hus tranlucent fin fluttered in reply to the touch. As his stomache calmed he let out a breath he didnt know he was holding. He moved his hand. "Thank you i dont think i can eat much of anything right now. Im gonna go lay down. He looked realy pale he hated eating meat it always made him feel sick.

Oru nodded and smiled pulling him in for a kiss "That's fine love, ill wake you in a little while, were due for our appointment in a little while dont forget"

Nova swam to the bed and wraped his tail around althe bed post sleeping upright one arm ontop and one under his belly. He remained that way for some time.

Oru smiled when he entered the room some time later seeing his mate in that position. He almost didn't want to wake him as he drifted over slowly and gently placed a webbed hand on his bulging stomach to gently rub. leaning in a minute later he gave him a gentle loving kiss on the lips to wake him. "Wakey wakey sweety, we need to go see the doc" he says with a smile

Nova opened his eyes gently and unwound his tailhe ztreched his arms out rubbing his eyes. "So sooon im confy!" He whined. He wraped his tail around orus wrist. He swam with him to the docs hands on he bellly a small smile graced his lips.

"Well dinner tonight should make it up to you" he says simply as they swim down the halls "We have been invited by the king to dine. he says it will be an informal event but... i know his family a Little too well... while he wants it to just be us, they will undoubtedly find some way to attend." he chuckled a little and smiled "And i know them well enough to know one or two will gripe about the food, they always do when vegetables are served. but while there will be alot of meat there, you wont NEED to eat any unless you want to ok?" he says giving him a smile and his tail a pet where it was on his writs

"Thanks dear even you make me mad i love you too much to stay that way." As they arrived at the docs office where they were examied. "Well every thing looks good nova and you too oru but nova you need to stsrt taking it easy the children are growing on the quicker side so be cearful not to over work yoursf."
