So, I recently stumbled across this, and I was wondering if it's relevant to this community? An artist/writer team collectively known as Majalis are producing a hentai game called "Tales of Androgyny", where you play as an effeminate male adventurer who basically gets raped by dozens of futanari and male creatures. As of the most recent public version, 0.1.29, a new content has been added allowing your PC to be impregnated with eggs by certain encounters, namely a Mermaid NPC and recurring "Female" Goblin hostile encounters. Given the references to needing to have sex with other NPCs/enemies, such as the Wereslut, Centaur and Harpy, to "fertilize" the goblin eggs, and an explicit reference to "egg pregnancy", this suggests to me that it's possible to have both egg-laying and "birthing" (that is, the eggs hatch after being laid) scenes as a result of such encounters.

The link to the site where the game can be downloaded from can be found below, but fair warning; Majalis' interests are strongly into BDSM, with strong emphasis on the masochism; many sexual acts are described as humiliating, gross or painful in some way. Also, the game is darker than some of its contemporaries, and it's quite possible to get your PC killed in this game - I know for a fact that if you beat the Naga and then accept her offer of a "victory blowjob", your PC will be eaten, and that the Brothel Madam can suffocate you to death whilst facesitting you if you make some wrong choice.
