There’re lots of good things like uni/leotards, singlets, sunsuits, compression tops, one-piece swimsuits, and so on! If your plan is to use them as undergarments, I would take a look in both men and women’s clothing - you never know what you might stumble across to use to your advantage :)

I use a 10" microbead ball pillow held in place with a belly band. My favorite belly band is the simplest I've I've found - a wide, shapeless band with no gripping silicon. Only drawback to this method is that it doesn't simulate the weight of a pregnancy. But it's quick!!! You can deliver in seconds and return to a flat stomach as soon as you hear your roommate's key in the door!!!
