Eri Sakai has no plans for another follow up, but she said she might make one if "there is a film adaptation", though I think she meant if there was another season or something.

Nice, it may not be a physical copy, but it’s great nonetheless! Hopefully they’ll make a physical copy if it’s does well in sales!

Now that those particular chapters are translated, I'm glad to see that it is confirmed that Kentaro and Aki are now in love with each other. Also, it seems to be implied that the thought of having another child with each other seems to turn them on. Weird :/
