Happy 4 of July my friends and I think I found out how to simulate pregnancy by eating way to much lol right now im feeling huge and my stomach hurts like im having contractions. Just doing my breathing and it kinda feel like the real thing. Lol

i love my preggo belly. dont u? lol

Known as 'stuffing'. From my experiences over the years, it's my own preferred method of making my belly look genuinely pregnant-looking. 

I've said this elsewhere, but by far and away my most successful simulation sessions have been achieved this way. Not just by eating, but also by drinking. An afternoon out with someone, going around the pubs for a few beers, followed by a good meal in the evening. (You could very well do this at home or alone...it's just what I've done). Whenever I've done this I've either been home alone or spent the evening in a hotel. 

After several hours of drinking and eating, that normally results in quite a bloated belly for me. More often than not, it can 'firm up'. Combine that with pushing out your belly as far as it'll go from that already bloated state and...well...for me the results have gone between good and moderately shocking!

Unfortunately these opportunities don't crop up often. I'd probably go as far to say they're rare, so whenever I get this opportunity I grab it with both hands. Not really for a social aspect or a drinking/eating pleasure - but for the ulterior motive of being alone with my own swollen belly afterwards!
