As I.try to move to a more comfortable position a contraction hits me as my body st afew to strain a begin to push I can hear Sean saying something but can't make sense of it as all my focus is in pushing

I feel the baby move push my hips apart than all of a sudden it stops I try push with everything but its not helping "Sean the baby is stuck I manage to gasp out as I struggle not to push knowing it will do more damage I'm fighing my body every inch of me wants to push I squeeze Sean's hand struggling not to push

I look at Sean and than I push with everything I have I feel the baby move but only a small bit I feel myself starting to tire "Sean I Need help"

I switch to all fours hoping I might be able to push more I felt the contractions start and I pushed "Sean I pant can you see anything?"

Ok I'll try walk around some more I might squat can you catch me if do

I waddle a bit feeling really uncomfortable as the baby is really low I feel the next urge and I spread my legs as far as I can and push I can feel my legs start to shake but I keep pushing I know Sean will catch me I keep pushing and the baby is starting to move again on one last push I fall to the ground gasping for air

It's so painful Sean and the baby's barely moving I don't know what else to do any ideas? I grit my teeth as a small contraction hits me

I lo before I can finish I'm attacked by another urge I yell at how strong it is I bear down I can feel myself going red with the effort of pushing Sean's there holding me as I strain to try and get this baby to come into the world "Sean I moan as I push can you feel anything"
