His owner sent him here to be bred, as no suitable females could be found and he didn't want to dilute his genes. Due to his dangerous, aggressive nature, he is kept mostly isolated from other patients and has three scientists assigned specifically to him. In the time he's been there, he's managed to impregnate each of them. After the "incidents," no other staff were allowed to be alone with him at any time. His potency has garnered the attention of head scientists at the facility, who are considering secretly using Persico's genes to impregnate other subjects.
"The eggs are coming along quite nicely..." The scientist smiled and stepped back, putting away her stethoscope. Her lab coat was stretched tight over an 8-months pregnant belly. She placed a hand on it, feeling the squirms of the naga hatchlings inside. She had been the first to be impregnated by Persico, much to her initial embarrassment. But he had just been so convincing... Her eyes wandered back to her patient's own belly, which was distended ever so slightly under smooth black scales. His pregnancy was still in the early stages, so his chiseled abdominal muscles still showed quite clearly. She blushed and shook her head, clearing her mind of lewd thoughts. "Right. Now lets check on the hatchlings..."

She placed her gloved hands on the smooth, reptilian skin. A few wriggles could be felt from within, not unlike the ones inside her own womb. Persico's children would be pureblooded pedigrees, however, while she had been banned from even speaking about her illegal interspecies pregnancy. Her offspring would likely stay at the Facility to become breeders themselves. "Are you eating well?", she asked, gently rubbing where his babies kicked, "These little ones should be born any day now." A growl was her only response. Her heart fluttered slightly as she felt the naga's rock hard muscles tense beneath her fingers. He had noticed that she'd taken a syringe out of her pocket. She winced beneath his glare, trying to ignore the heat growing in her stomach as she applied a sedation shot. Persico towered over her at his full height, and he had the strength to crush her easily. The sedatives were the only thing keeping him in line.
"If you weren't bearing my spawn, I would eat you." Persico hissed, his body relaxing against his will. The scientists quickly put her tools away and retreated, knowing all too well that he meant it. The Naga was left alone, with only his unborn children for company. "....Bastard humans.", he spat, glaring out the window of his cell.
