"Yes... It's just a backache," he whispered with a small smile, and then stroked his stomach. He looked at Taylor. "I'm going to go make breakfast. You lie still," he replied with energy. Lately he had a lot of strength and motivation to be independent

“Okay babe”, Taylor replied, not fully believing what he was being told, “I can help with the breakfast if you want?” Although he knew that Nathan wanted to do things by himself at the moment, he still wanted to offer his help.

"You can make tea..." he asked "I'd rather not risk it with boiling water" he laughed briefly and put his bathrobe over his shoulders. He went to the kitchen to cut vegetables for sandwiches.

Taylor nodded and got up, following Nathan into the kitchen. He got out the cups, sugar and teabags before he could put the milk. He could make a pretty decent tea, in his opinion.

Nathan laughed as he fed his lover chunks of tomato.
"Honey? Thank you for putting the crib together yesterday."

“That’s okay, I’m not too bad at building”, Taylor replied, feeling proud of himself. He chewed on the tomato, “that’s refreshing”, he commented, “but we’d better start getting ready for school.”

"And will you take the laundry out of the washing machine yet?" he asked as he began creating sandwiches

Taylor nodded and grabbed the washing basket, emptying the washing into it, “do you want me to hang it outside?”

"Please..." He replied and put the plate on the kitchen table "Let's eat.... We still have some time," he said

“Yeah I’ll be back in a second”, Taylor replied, taking it out. It only him a few minutes but that meant he had to rush to eat. “This is really good, thanks babe”, he said while stuffing food in his mouth.

"Eat slowly..." He replied thoughtfully "We have time.... We will make time after all. I don't live that far away" he whispered while eating the sandwich with relish

Taylor nodded, “I just don’t want to be late, it’s so embarrassing walking into a class and having everyone stare at you”. He ate a bit slower, not taking too long to finish and then went to shower.

Nathan laughed quietly as he put the dishes in the dishwasher. Immediately after, he packed his briefcase for school. He started getting his clothes ready for work.

As soon as Taylor was ready, he sat down on the couch to wait for Nathan. “Do you want me to drive?”, he asked.

"Please," he replied and started to put on large jeans pants and a sweater "You still have to help me lace up my shoes."

Taylor grabbed a pair of shoes for Nathan to wear and waited for him to be finished dressing, once he was done he helped him get the shoes on and tieed the shoelaces. “There we go”, he said, holding his hands out, to help Nathan stand up.

Nathan quietly gasped as he stood up and kissed Taylor on the lips.
"Thank you," he replied very emotionally and hugged him tightly

“That okay babe,” Taylor replied, wondering why he was acting emotionally. He hugged him back, tightly, before releasing him and grabbing his car keys.

Nathan held the hand of his beloved. He couldn't keep up with his steps lately so they made arrangements to hold hands.
"Tay? Why don't we go eat something delicious in the evening?"

“Sure, where do you want to go?”, he replied, think about all the restaurants nearby. He opened the car door for Nathan and helped him sit down as it has become increasingly difficult now he was full term.
