Hey all :)
I'm planning on trying a birth video soon, and so I'm looking for some tips or ideas.
My own plan right now is to set up my belly, put my blanket or duvet over my bottom half, and go through labour. When I give birth, I push out my belly and produce a doll from under the cover of the blanket/duvet.
I'm also considering simulating my waters breaking. For that, I plan to lay out a towel on my bed, fill up my water bottle, and position it so that when I sit on it, a gush of water while stain my boxers. Also considering having my waters break while standing, or kneeling.
Any suggestions, ideas, tips?
