Trian looked at Jeremy oddly. "Wait, what?"

"We can go to Boston. We can fly there or drive there. Though driving will take a few days at least."

"But, wait... You were serious? Not just... Making conversation?"

[Eskal]

"Yeah," Jeremy said.

"Well shit." Trian said. He smiled. "Well, will Kiba be coming too?"

[Eskal]

"Of course, I can't leave him here alone for days on end. We'll make it a road trip."

"I haven't been on a road trip in... Hell, I can't remember!"

[Eskal]

"So are you up for it?"

[FweepFwopFwoop]

"A chance to see a new place, up close and personal? Of course!"

[Eskal]

Jeremy smiled. "I'll start preparing then."

Trian followed Jeremy upstairs and sat next to Kiba, scrunching up his face. "Hey buddy, we're going on a trip. Sound like fun? Yes it does, yes it does!"

Kiba barked happily and wagged his tail.

Trian squished the dog's face. "Who's a funny puppy? Who's a funny puppy? Who's going on an adventure?"

[Eskal]

Kiba snorted, his tail wagging wildly.

"That's right, it's you. You're going on an adventure!

[Eskal]

Jeremy chuckled. "We'll leave in a few days. I need to get things together."

Trian nodded, and started to give Kiba a belly rub.

Kiba groaned happily as he lay on the floor with his tongue flopping out of his mouth.

A few days later, the truck was packed, and everyone was ready to go. Trian sat in the front seat, looking excited, but also somewhat nervous.

Kiba was happily situated in the back seat with the windows open. His tail was wagging a mile a minute as he watched JEremy pack the last of the things.
"Ready?" Jeremy asked as he got into his seat and started the engine.
