A tall dolphin looking creature went to walk by but stoped and smiled to him. "Hey your henry right? Im cyrus"

Description: 6'2" with latex like skin in an orca pattern. He is sleek and looks very dolphin like.he has two fingers and a thumb on each webbed and and two webbbed toes on each foot standing on digitigrade legs. A long thick fluked tail extends behind him and s dorsal phin befltween his shoulder blades. His skin makes him look like he is comprsed entirely of high gloss latex, and if asked would say its not far from the truth.
Personally: extremely friendly and outgoing, he seems to fit a dolphin to a T by beimg friendly, loving, and randy.
