Aden couldn't help but cry out as the next contraction gripped him and was forced to push his body tensing moments latter he felt the head come out of him he was breathing hard now trying to catch his breath, he had thought he would be done somehow but there was still part of it in him. He groaned partly from pain, and partly from frustration he wanted it out, he was scared and he didn't like what was happening. The next contraction came all to soon and he Held Howard tightly pushing again in an atempt to free the shoulders.
