"I know they will! My family's close, and we're always happy when someone brings a boyfriend or girlfriend home."

"Even if I'm an earthling?"

"Even if you're human. My father used to be a real pain in the ass, but she's been getting better."

"Well I guess that's good to hear."

"Oh yeah. It got really frustrating. But even if they didn't accept you, I wouldn't care."

"Elopping in space?"

"If that's what it took, then absolutely."

Jeremy chuckled and kissed Trian's head.

Trian blew a raspberry into Jeremy's neck.

Jeremy chuckled.

"So, Halloween is basically just about candy?" Trian asked, eating some more chocolate. "It sounds like an awesome holiday, but kind of a silly reason to have one."

[Eskal]

"I think it used to be about something else, but changed to be about candy."

Trian shrugged. "Well, any excuse for candy. Speaking of which, I think we might need some more."

[Eskal]

"I'm sure there might be some left in the clearance racks."

"Whoo!" After some more soaking, the two got out of the bath. Trian wrapped himself in a fluffy bathrobe. "Mmm, fluffy."

Jeremy smiled. "Super fluffy."

Trian heard a ringing from the bedroom. "I think that's my caster." Trian took Jeremy's hand and led him into the bedroom. Treyza was on the other end.
"Hey Trian, what's up?" She asked.
"Just got out of a nice bath." 
"Cool. Hey Jeremy."
