"Better but still uncomfortable. Not painful though." He said gently sitting up. He hugged Narus head nuzzling his ears. He heard a cry from beside them.

Narus murred at the hug and gave him a kiss to the lips before chuckling softlh "Seems someone is hungry again" he says with a smile "or wants a change... or both"

Cyprus walked over and made a face. "I think a changing is in order." He said laying her down and taking off her cloth diaper. He quickly replaced it and then took the other to the alycote in charge of cleaning. Be returned to find chinoe asleep in Narus arms.

Narus smiled softly "Sorry, could help myself" he says with a light chuckle "She fell asleep as soon as she was against my fur" he adds implying his chest fur. "Heres hoping the one i carry will do the same... somehow i think ill need to feed it too"

"Is think about it but I think id play far to rough." He winked at him watching as his partners gaze avoided his eyes. He giggled. As he walked off. Left the room heading for the bath hoping some hot water would soothe his discomfort.

Narus smiled and watched him go. he decided to remain and watch the baby and do some work in their room seeing as he had so much to do to keep dozens of temples running smoothly.

He sank into the water up to his neck sighing. He sat in a ledge drifting off to sleep. When he woke he felt a warm furry body beside him. He relized it was far to large to be Narus. He had little time to focus on that as pain shot up his spine and wraped around his abdomen. He felt his breath catch.

Narus tended to the baby, murring happily to himself as he kept her pressed to his chest.

"How are you faring?" the voice asked next to Cyprus.

(Yep) Cyprus took a deep breath. "Im in pain but there shouldn't be any reason for it. It feels like my insides are being shredded." He placed one hand on his stomache and the other on the edge of the bath knuckles going white. Every movment shot pain across his abdomen.

The god nodded and placed his hand on his belly the pain instantly disappearing "i know, Amun-ra is being impatient and to refill you with his child before you are healed from carrying mine. i have had to have a word with the others, we have now put a protective barrier over you, you cannot carry till you are ready. till then you must be a good mother to my child and a good father to Narus's"

"Ra is the one responsible then.and I promise to cear for your children and love them whole heartedly." He said releasing his grip on the edge. He could move again with out being put in pain. "Is thete anything else you'd like to tell me?" He asked liking up at Anubis.

"It seems that being my chosen has had unintended side effects on Narus and his child" he says "he is going to look alot like his mother and that may cause discours from the Acolytes and people of the kingdom." he says "other than that no, i see that Narus found out, how did he take it?" he asks with a grin

"Whats Narus mom got to do with anything?" He asked curious. He'd not heard about Narus parents.

He chuckled "i never mentioned Narus mother, i mentioned his child, who will look like him" Anubis says looking down at him "Although you can tell Narus she is well and enjoying her time in Aaru, his father... he has yet to join me" he says

"Sorry my minds all over the place im so tired." He said looking up at anubis. His eyes showed fatigue. He gently finger combed his long blonde hair. He got fustrated as he hit tangles.

The Jackal nodded and smiled notiving he hadnt noticed the hint he had dropped about their future child. "Here allow me" he says taking the comb and starts to brush "It is so rare i get time to relax in the land of the living, some things that seem like chores to you are pleasures to me, such as brushing your hair" he says as he works "My fur never really gets messy and even then i have a harem in my palace that tends to it for me, i rarely do much these days"
