The head and shoulders of Dylan's next baby emerges from his ass.

Dylan grows concerned. Another contraction starts to hit.

Dylan looks "great! Keep going!"

Nathaniel pushes harder crying at the burn of the head crowning so slowly

Dylans baby seems to be taking a while. He pushes hard, and moans.

Nathaniel notices and looks back "You almost got it Dylan just keep going" Nathaniel pushes once more and the head finally pop all the way out

Dylan continues to push.

Nathaniel keep pushing but keeps and eye on Dylans third baby

Dylan lets out another push.

Nathaniel pushes out the shoulder of his second baby just as Dylan pushes his third all the way out

Dylan already feels anither contraction, he pushes again.
